Children who are 5 years old by September 1, 2023 are eligible to begin school in the 2023-24 school year. The compulsory school age in Pennsylvania requires all students to begin school no later than age 6 and attend school until age 18 or until graduation. If your student is younger, consider registering your child at one of our Pre-K partners!
Families planning to register, please be sure to gather these documents ahead of time. Families will need to have these items ready to upload in order to successfully register, so make copies or scans of these items before you log on. Be prepared to spend 15 minutes to a half hour filling out the form online, plus whatever time you’ll need to collect and prepare the documents we’ll need.
